I have been thinking about doing this for a while; starting a personal blog to share photos, daily thoughts, and the simple things in life. My photography blog never felt like an appropriate place to share too many personal posts, so I figured that starting a new blog just for personal use would be the best way to go. I want to use this platform as a journal of sorts. A place to store photos, memories, diy projects, house building progress photos, and random thoughts on life!
My husband and I are in such an exciting time of God’s story. We tied the knot a little less than a year ago at my Grandma and Grandpa’s barn and we are loving every second of life as newlyweds. We are traveling every opportunity we can, in search of our ‘forever home’ that we will hopefully be building this summer(!), trying to dig deeper into life’s meaning and find purpose in every thing we do through Christ, and growing together in all aspects of life.
This blog is honestly mostly to fuel a creative desire of mine to create beautiful things, combine them with words, and most of all: to document life as we know it.
